Grosvenor Estate
Project:
Working for the main contractor on this one we installed all the metal partitions and wall linings on this probably the most expensive property I have worked on.

This project was quite amazing, the cost of this was huge and the standard of work was second to none as you would expect on a project with this kind of finance behind it. Every wall & ceiling was perfectly level and pipework even electrical cables were all perfect, it was a great job to work on.
West Hampstead Square
Project:
Fit out the "Marketing Suite" for the public to view the fixtures & furnishings including the bespoke kitchen we installed.

We fitted out the marketing suite along with other joiners to the highest spec for Ballymore Construction. This was a nice project to work on as we were creating a living space for the future potential buyers to touch & feel the fittings and textures of the properties. We also had some bespoke furniture made to sit the £25,000 scale model on! yep, we are in the wrong business.
WHO WE ARE
Steve Doran
Owner
On leaving school Steve joined the Royal Engineers, during those 6 years he completed his apprenticeship as a Carpenter & Joiner. After the Army Steve set up his own business installing high-end Scandinavian timber windows throughout the UK and Europe. In 1997 a colleague and Steve started a construction company in and around London and in 2005 then moved the business to Barcelona and settled there with their families for 9 years. Whilst abroad in Barcelona Steve was able to learn quite a lot of Spanish whilst running building projects with non-English speaking workers & clients. Through a keen Interest in photography he started a small Virtual Tour company, which luckily became very popular and allowed Steve to travel and visit some wonderful countries. In 2013 the family returned to the UK for a better education, and have now settled back in with his wife and three daughters in Tonbridge, Kent. 2015 UPDATE: X 1 daughter in grammar school, just 2 to go...
Tristan Bohanan
Plumber
Tristan began his plumbing career in the Royal Engineers. He trained at the Royal School of Military Engineering where he qualified to Advanced Craft Standard in Plumbing and Pipefitting. Tristan has worked on building projects in Kenya, Belize, Canada, Berlin, Kuwait and the United Kingdom. He and Steve first met while serving together in a construction squadron in the Falkland Islands and, since leaving the forces, they have worked together on various building projects.
